One Indiana organization at a time, one Hoosier kid at a time, the Pacers Foundation strives to be the hand out to our at-risk youth facing obstacles and challenges most often not of their making. We are dedicated to removing barriers and providing opportunities. We invite you to watch the accompanying video that summarizes our outreach efforts.
HOW WE HELP
Dyslexia Institute of Indiana
I want to thank the Pacers Foundation for its support of Camp Delafield. We were able to assist 59 campers this year in achieving meaningful improvement in both social and academic skills. Forty-seven percent of our campers received financial assistance that would not have been possible with the help of individuals and foundations such as the Pacers Foundation. We are most grateful.
Shepherd Community Center
Fifteen years ago, when I first started at Shepherd in the children’s program, I was one of the children who depended on your donations to get a meal every day. Because of your generosity, I made it ‘to and through’ four years of college and was able to graduate this past May.
Thank you so much for your grant in support of an anti-bullying workshop aimed at teens with disabilities and their parents. In partnership with Bully Safe Indiana and the Peace Learning Center, the workshop focuses on helping teens and their parents identify signs of bullying and advocate for themselves or their child. The Pacers Foundation has been very generous to support this training.
Thank you very much for the grant from the Pacers Foundation to support Damar’s Outpatientd Behavioral and Mental Health Clinic. The program teaches youth with developmental disabilities how to act in self-enhancing ways, develop positive relationships and move positive life choices. We are very grateful to the Pacers Foundation for its support of Damar’s mission to build better futures for children facing life’s greatest behavioral and developmental challenges.
Child Advocates of Marion County
Your commitment to our mission has enabled us to provide independent, child-focused representation to children who have suffered abuse and/or neglect by their parents or guardians. By working together we can assure that every abused and/or neglected child has a voice in court. Thank you for all you do for the children we serve.

Reach For Youth
The Pacers Foundation is an important partner in Reach For Youth’s efforts to provide constructive alternatives, such as Teen Court to traditional disciplinary options for Central Indiana schools and the juvenile justice system. With the foundation’s support, we provide valuable second chances and needed resources that empower at-risk youth to achieve academic and personal success.
School on Wheels
Our mission is to provide one-on-one tutoring and educational advocacy for school-aged children impacted by homelessness. Our vision is to give them the educational tools necessary to achieve success and break the cycle of homelessness. Because of you, more homeless children will benefit from our programs. We are so grateful the Pacers Foundation chose to assist with our mission with this grant to School on Wheels.
